The DVC Volleyball Club is a community-based sports organization formed to bring together individuals who share a passion for volleyball. Open to all ages and residents, with priority given to those from Barangay Rosario and DABBA residents, the club serves as a venue for camaraderie, skill development, and healthy competition. It is guided by values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, ensuring that every member feels welcome and respected. The club provides opportunities for members to participate in regular practices, friendly matches, and tournaments, while also fostering leadership through elected officers and active committees. Beyond the court, the organization emphasizes responsibility, fairness, and community involvement, encouraging members to contribute not only to the sport but also to the growth of the barangay. Objectives: 1. To promote volleyball as a sport that enhances physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline. 2. To provide a structured environment where members can improve their skills through regular training and organized play. 3. To build strong relationships among members by encouraging cooperation, respect, and mutual support. 4. To organize events, tournaments, and outreach programs that strengthen community ties and showcase local talent. 5. To instill values of accountability and integrity by requiring members to uphold club rules and responsibilities. 6. To create opportunities for leadership and participation through committees and officer positions. 7. To represent Barangay Rosario and Barangay Dabba in volleyball activities, while remaining open to members from other areas. Through these objectives, the DVC Volleyball Club envisions itself not only as a sports team but also as a community hub where passion for volleyball meets friendship, discipline, and service.
