Rotaract clubs bring together people ages 18 and older to exchange ideas with leaders in the community, develop leadership and professional skills, and have fun through service. In communities worldwide, Rotary and Rotaract members work side by side to take action through service. Rotaract members decide how to organize and run their clubs, manage their own funds, and plan and carry out activities and service projects. Rotary club sponsors offer guidance and support and work with your club as partners in service.\r\nRotaract has six goals:\r\n1. Develop professional and leadership skills \r\n2. Emphasise respect for the rights of others, based on recognition of the worth of each individual\r\n3. Recognise the dignity and value of all useful occupations as opportunities to serve \r\n4. Recognise, practice and promote ethical standards as leadership qualities and vocational responsibilities \r\n5. Develop knowledge and understanding of the needs, problems and opportunities in the community and worldwide \r\n6. Provide opportunities for personal and group activities to serve the community and promote international understanding and goodwill to all people\r\n\r\n
