iKilos is the combination of the words "i" which refers to the self, and "kilos" denoting to gesture to act based on his motive or intention. In Filipino language, the word "ikilos" as a whole conveys to "take move or act." This fusion of words was constructed to initiate an action intending to ideate the Bayugan youth for a transformative change in the community. It endeavors to gather and empower youth to engage them with various campaigns. We believe that action starts with oneself. And together with the other youth, we can develop a movement to address and promote essential differences to the community, bringing to building up the character of the youth and strengthening leadership capabilities.
