The Pulong Gubat Pag-asa Youth is a legitimate Youth Organization in this Barangay under the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office of Balagtas Bulacan since September 16, 2019. \r\nIt aims to serve fellows especially those who are out of school youth (OSY). The officers of this organization plan, organize and implement projects and programs within the Barangay to develop the disadvantaged youth in terms of his/her socio-economic, physical, psychological, cultural and spiritual development. \r\n
