Project TALA is a group of young leaders and volunteers who dreams of a progressive and inclusive community, where youth has taken up space and mobilized their rights and passion towards a common goal. Project TALA aims to create an effective tool for imparting knowledge on different societal concerns that are relevant to the community, as well as in contributing to youth literacy in social literacy of different issues through the use of talents in performing, filming, theater, singing, dancing and acting. Project TALA was formed through an advocacy-based project called Teatro para sa Aktibong Layunin at Adhikain for the young people, and produced a theater presentation entitled Tala: sa Likod ng mga Ulap- The Musical. To date, the project has engaged 6,624 young people and still growing through interactive workshops and film screenings in five barangays of Metro Poblacion, Santiago City, Isabela.
