The San Jose Youth Council is an active barangay youth organization centered on youth empowerment to help build sustainable barangay development. It aims to strengthen the youth through active participation, inclusive engagement, and skills enhancement. Specifically, it aims to (1) develop communication skills and leadership potential, (2) build confidence through involvement in sports activities, cultural engagement, and leadership opportunities, (3) improve youth and community health, (4) inspire youth to have positive and good values.
