Lupon ng mga Indibidwal na Nangangalaga ng Kalikasan, Inc is a growing network of youth organizations geared towards environmental action, conservation and education. It was conceptualizedin year 2009 and was established in year 2011 with the initiative of the founder Hon. Alfredo Pablo Ortega together with his co-founders Celso Jucutan and Margaret Michelle Galang. To ensure an encompassing advocacy for the environment, LINK has created its Five Committee namely; Blue Committee for Coastal and Marine Conservation, Green for Committee on Land and Forestry, Brown Committee for Urban and Solid Waste Management, White Committee for Air and Biosphere and the Red Committee for Disaster RIsk Reduction and Mitigation.
