BAMATA Young Movers is an organization of youth of Sito Tumalog Talacogon, Agusan del Sur. This organization consists of Banowaon, Manobo, and Talaandig tribes ranging from 15- 30 years of age who aimed to become globally competitive youth leaders in the future through education, seminars, and other leadenship trainings. This organization also aims to provide financial support to the learners who will soon deploy in towns in seek of education. This has been the common problems that we are facing since the foundation of the community, the lack of financial support to sustain the needs of the learners. Educate each youth on the environmental awareness and caring of nature by means of symposiums, trainings, and other related activities such as tree planting and clean-up drive. Tribal youths especially living in remote areas, are vulnerable to terrorist recruiters, thus, we aim to provide peace building activities and awareness to the youth to avoid the ruins of their lives of their future.\r\n\r\nIn line with the diverse culture of each tribe, diverse talents and skills are also evident. And so, to showcase these varied activities on sports and cultural dances, songs, and poetry will be provided and be made possible by the organization. This is to promote the love of one\'s culture, to be proud of it, and to wear the attributes of what we really are. This organization will foster equality and visibility by giving equal access to every opportunity, provide fair and just treatment, and promote a free and loving atmosphere to everyone regardless of tribe, color, sexual orientation, and disability\r\n\r\nTribal youth especially those living in far flung places are often deprived of rights and privileges. Thus, this organization will work hard in unity to be the voice and advocate of change to the disabling mentality of individuals towards our dear tribal youths. This organization will show to the world that the young geniuses and talents are here In the hearts of wildemess where the tribes live. That we deserve to hold the privileges given by the govemment because together we can.
