GARSHS-SCG is an organization of General Artemio Ricarte Senior High School promoting awareness about \r\nhistorical and social events, and to inculcate patriotism among the school and the community. Its Programs, \r\nProjects, and Activities (PPAs) are anchored to the students’ consciousness, respect and love for the history, nation,\r\nand themselves. \r\nIts objectives are the following:\r\nï‚· to promote and educate the studentry about the relevance of social sciences in our humanity\r\nï‚· to inculcate the importance of preserving and promoting local heritage within a community and its impact \r\nin shaping Philippine cultural identity.\r\nï‚· to observe and honor historical, significant and current events.\r\nï‚· to assist the less fortunate, and to further our own knowledge and comprehension of the social sciences.\r\nï‚· to encourage students to show respect and regard for our national symbol of sovereignty and unity.\r\nï‚· to develop students inquisitive creative thinking ,reasoning attributes skills and values that will encourage\r\nthem to realize their dignity, and to establish respectful, social and sexual relationships.
