GSP is united by a common belief in God and by acceptance of the GS promise and law, and adhering to the constitution and cardinal principles of the WAGGGS in order to develop a Girl Scouting Movement in the Philippines that will provide the Girls and young woman the opportunities for character training, responsible citizenship, conduct and attainment and service to the community. The mission of this organization is to help girls and young women realize the ideals of womanhood and prepare themselves for the responsibilities in the home, the nation and the world community.
