The Barangay Osmeña Integrated Youth Association is a youth organization at Barangay Osmeña, Palapag, Northern Samar that advocates education, peace-building & security, social inclusion & equity, and economic empowerment. The Association aims to:\r\n\r\n• Establish an association that will promote mutual aid and protection to its members;\r\n• Promote the moral, social, and economic well-being of all the members; and \r\n• Work with non-government and government organizations or entities in the promotion and development of the association and in carrying out government policies and laws that exist.\r\n
