The CANDELARIA YOUNG LEADERS GUILD is an Community-Based Organization founded by Mr. Froilan Lajara Remo with the intention of promoting the spirit of volunteerism and institutionalizing advocacy programs that addresses fostering empowerment for individual growth for community development.\r\n\r\nThe organization\'s overall purpose is to be able to share and contribute to the development of its members by fostering leadership knowledge, service training, and the formation of a basic ideology focused on people and country.\r\n\r\nThe specific objective is to recognize and respond to the organization\'s or members\' problems or requirements by collectively addressing or performing in accordance with the organization\'s basic attitude.
