The Talented Group of Young Artists and Performers (TalGYAP) of Sto. Niňo promotes mutual understanding through social, civic, intellectual, recreational and scientific programs and activities. It aims to preserve value and promote the rich cultural heritage of the municipality of Sto Nino, Cagayan through arts, dances and music; to boost local tourism in the municipality utilizing the young talents towards community development and progress; to enhance and apply a variety of value system among young talents for personal growth and development; and to involve and encourage participation of youth in the activities of the municipality.
