Participation in youth organization has many advantages for the youth themselves, as well as for the entire community. Of course the most obvious advantages of membership are that youth organization provide young people a forum to fully effective deal with an issue that is especially important to them, such as you violence or education. That is why Bussot Youth Organization (BYO) was organized. The organization support and help them to change the public perception of young people in our community from being "the problem" to an important part of making life better in the community. By involving them in every program, to develop their leadership potentially so that they grow and learn that they can become thoughtful and prepared leaders of the society. The BYO goals are having a safe space for youth, promoting open youth-to-youth communication, multicultural bridge building and enhancing leadership development among young people. In short, youth organization can offer terrific benefits to local young people and the community at large. They can have tremendous impact on the lives of youth.
