PMB is a political socio-civic organization in UPV Miagao. Founded under the purpose of \r\nproviding a democratic choice in terms of student governance. PMB envisions a better Filipino \r\nsociety by cultivating among student leaders a brand of leadership that gives importance on \r\nthe well-being and interests of its constituents, the students, rather than private or party interests. \r\nThis may serve as a training ground for the future leaders of the country. PMB advances \r\nprogressive activism by propagating change that comes from within. Through this, genuine and \r\nprogressive reforms in the society will be possible. Furthermore PMB has its advocacies \r\nconcerning not just the promotion of the rights and welfare of its immediate community but also \r\nthat of the other sectors in the society, e.g. the youth sector.
