SIBOL was realized to promote the 3 Ks – foster academic literacy among young children and the youth (eduKasyon) through a series of long term and short term educational programs and initiatives, advance the preservation of the environment (Kalikasan) through attainable and sustainable environmental initiatives, and cultivate awareness on national, regional, and local Filipino culture and values (Kultura) in Canlaon City.
