Child’s Pose Yoga Project Philippines, Inc. is a youth-led non-profit organization dedicated to promoting sustainable holistic wellness education in marginalized communities and creating positive social transformation. The organization promotes good health and well-being that fosters personal growth and positive conscious behaviors that can collectively help with global challenges. This movement evolves from self-care to social engagement, from individual well-being to global well-being. Our beneficiaries include children and youth with special needs, cancer warriors, abused women and girls who are victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and forced labor, children and youth in conflict with the law, people finding peace and freedom in prisons, and cultural minority groups. Established in 2015, by a 15-year-old SDG advocate, the self-funded organization and its members are recognized locally and internationally for their substantial contributions to society by utilizing the science of mindfulness as a powerful tool for peace, resilience, social justice, and climate action.
