The Santiago City Scholars Association is an organization composed of outstanding\r\nSantiagueno students with no failing grade. The SCSA aims to provide education for the youth\r\nto provide a better future and exemplary leadership skills. Pursues to mold students in order to\r\nbecome effective student leaders who proudly lead and serve the society and school with\r\ndiscipline, integrity and respect as well as to be able inspire the student body to achieve high\r\nstandards of discipline.\r\n
