San Isidro (New) Youth Organization, also known as "SIYO," is a community-based and non-profit organization from Baao, Camarines Sur. Its name is derived in honor of the barangay’s patron saint, whose name is "San Isidro." SIYO is an organization that consists of members who are residents of Zone 1, Zone 2, Zone 5, and Zone 6 of San Isidro Baao. It is the first and pioneer youth organization in San Isidro. It was first a faith-based organization but is now a community-based organization. As an organization, it has visions and missions. The organization aims to encourage youth to socialize with other youth, to serve the community voluntarily without expecting anything in return, to keep the strong connections between youth, to create organizational and recreational activities that activate the activeness of the youth throughout the community, and to help improve the interaction and communication skills of the youth. The organization serves as the backbone of the youth of San Isidro, for it helps the barangay do community activities for youth. It is also recognized as the community servers of the barangay, especially in cleaning the barangay chapel. It is a friendly and modern organization, for it is easy to reach out through the internet.
