The organization envisions to be recognized as a primary youth organization that contributes to the development of youth artist in the Municipality of Cataingan. As well as engage the community into the appreciation of the arts, gamer interest, as well as provide a body organization that will cultivate, enhance, and showcase the talents of the youth in the artistic field. The organization pursues to revitalize the passion and cultivate interest of the citizens, especially the youth, in the arts and artistic pursuits; Empower the youth and develop their potentials, encourage them to get involve into arts and inspire the community.
