This organization is formed because we want to prove in our generation what our national hero Dr. Jose Rizal in his famous quotation, "Ang kabataan ang Pag-asa ng Bayan". We do not want to see it as just letters but we want to put it in action and living hope and reality. Produce more responsible and effective leaders, not producing followers. To prevent fellow teenagers from engaging in different vices and start innovative form of ourselves and to our beloved barangay. Lastly, to put our Mission and Vision into reality.
