Area H Youth Council is a non-governmental and non-stock youth organization which was \r\nestablished on the 11th of June 2022. It was formed and founded by the youth residing in \r\nBarangays San Rafael I-V collectively situated in Area H of District II of the City of San \r\nJose del Monte in Bulacan. The establishment of Area H Youth Council is rooted in the \r\nwillingness and dedication of the youth to serve and unite their community by initiating \r\nvolunteer-and advocacy-based projects and programs and advancing youth-centric policies \r\nand frameworks for more active and meaningful youth participation in the community.\r\n
