The Payar Youth Organization is a community-based youth organization existing at Barangay Payar, Malasiqui, Pangasinan founded last May 2018 through the initiative of the National Youth Commission. Its main objective is to give the best quality of support to the youth and the entire community of Barangay Payar; initiate the engagement of youth activities that enrich their spirit of volunteerism; partake in affairs that provide humanitarian services for the Payar’s youth and its community. Also, it aims to recognize the talents and potential of youth and give an honest and truthful service in the best interest of youth development.\r\n\r\nGuided by its core values: Servitium, Voluntarius, and Incrementum, this non-profit and youth development-based organization is geared toward an impact in the lives of Payar youth, engendering its visionaries, and striving hard to make sure that no youth of this community is left behind, especially its members in the blistering pace of the 21st century and to the coming ages. Steered by its mission and vision, the Payar Youth Organization will forever be a wholesome organization for the youth and the community from the very start until the end to come.
