The Buluang Youth Leaders\' Organization, acting collectively as the one of the youth organizations in barangay Buluang, is composed of youths united by a common desire to promote leadership, democracy, equity, equality, humanism, and ecological socialism bound by diverse and dynamic knowledge and experiences and commited to seekinbg and traversing a socialist path in developing youth leaders and ultimately catalyzing social change through progressive youth development. Buluang Youth Leaders\' Organization\'s Mission is to provide equitable access to leadership development opportunities through engaging with volunteer-led programs in health, education, environment, sports, culture, safety, and security, and gender development for the youth of Buluang. Buluang Youth Leaders\' Organization\'s vision as a unified organization with local and global standards providing empowerment initiatives and community services with core interest in providing equitable opportunities and developing potential youth leaders who will serve Buluangeños in the future.
