To increase the number of active youth in barangay by giving deep focus for each members and encouraging to participate and support some projects and activities. Provide activities for the member to carry youth away to use illegal drugs around barangay, this is to make them grow individually and to uphold self respect and awareness. Arouse awareness among the members on how to preserve and respect culture and environment. Preparing each member to be a young leader in a community, acquire knowledge and attitude towards leadership.
