The 4H Club is an organization of out of school youth (OSY) and in-school-youth (ISY) involved in agriculture programs and livelihood projects for the four-fold development of the HEAD, HEART, HANDS and HEALTH. HEAD to think, plan and reason; to be innovative and creative. HEART to be sharing, caring, committed and civic-conscious. HANDS to be useful, skillful, and serviceable. HEALTH to enjoy life and participate actively in nation building.
