The Zone 1 PYAP Santa Cruz Chapter shall strive to: uphold inclusive youth participation to fulfill their vital role in nation building, encourage youth volunteers to assist the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Santa Cruz in all of its projects for the Youth, and other youth sectors, organize and promote solidarity, cooperation and mutual assistance among the members of the organization and other youth sectors, advocate peace and promote nationalism and patriotism among the youth sector, expose the members of the organization in community development community Undertake other activities not contrary to the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
