The Pag-Asa Youth Association of the Philippines – Municipality of Santa Cruz in support from the Local Government Unit of Santa Cruz through MSWDO aims to strengthen youth participation, self-growth and leadership skills through programs initiated by the organization. As we advocate for the welfare of the out-of-school youth, we focus our programs and initiatives on activities that will capacitate them and prepare them for their future endeavors.
