The Upsilon Sigma Phi (ΥΣΦ) is the oldest Greek-letter organization in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. With its name meaning "University Students Fraternity", its membership is exclusive to students of the University of the Philippines (UP) who manifest the fraternity\'s highest standards of excellence. It has two chapters - a single chapter for the UP Diliman and UP Manila campuses, and another for UP Los Baños.\r\n\r\nThe organization has a tight-knit network of Fellows gaining recognition in various fields such as the academe, government, business, arts, and sciences. Fellows can also be found in all parts of the country, and even abroad. But as a service-oriented fraternity, its priority is always to attend to the needs and aspirations of the Filipino people. This predisposition towards service can be seen in the robust history of the organization that is intricately intertwined with the history of our country, boasting Fellows that have served as Presidents, Justices, Senators, Congressmen, Businessmen, Changemakers, and others leaders in their respective field and organizations that were instrumental in shaping our country as we enjoy it today. \r\n\r\nThe Upsilon Sigma Phi is loyal to the ideals of its alma mater, of honor and excellence, and the fraternity has upheld as its fine traditions persist until today. The fraternity has existed for more than 100 years and is determined to continue its mission to shape self-respecting men capable of growth and greater service to the nation, an unending mission of gathering light to scatter for all.\r\n
