The Inarado Youth Organization is an organization in Inarado, Daraga, Albay that caters the community,\r\nespecially the youth. This institution is led by youths that aim for the betterment of the community and also develop\r\nthemselves as community members and leaders to continue what the youth organization has begun and acquired\r\nin order to help more individuals and broaden its scope inside and outside the community. The membership of the\r\norganization is open to the youth residing in Inarado, Daraga, Albay varying ages from 15 to 30 years old. The\r\nprimary idea of this organization is to equip and empower young people with opportunities towards leadership and\r\ndirection that some youngsters may or may not get it otherwise. The organization aims to aid and build\r\ncamaraderie within the community and the youth through the means of providing support and encouragement\r\ncare, social competence, beneficial participations as well as experiences, and to establish opportunities for\r\nconnection building.\r\nObjectives\r\n1. Help youth of Barangay Inarado develop assets by providing emotional support positive experiences, social\r\nskills and opportunities to build relationships;\r\n2. Provide a collective voice and represent the tribal youth in all matters that concern them;\r\n3. Serve as a means of mobilizing and coordinating the actions of youth, other community members and\r\norganizations toward positive goals;\r\n4. Promote the development of future tribal leaders;\r\n5. Help solve problems facing tribal youth; and\r\n6. Coordinate school and community service projects and provide opportunities for the youth to interact for\r\nfun and fellowship.
