ALTO is a community-based organization that was created in Barangay Asis – along Zamora Street which is also referred to as “Little Tondo”. This aims to provide an alternative organization for the youth and to keep them away from the influence of drugs. In addition, this is also aimed at helping the Barangay in its programs. Our organization also provides games and amusement to our kabarangays every fiesta.
