The first citywide speech and debate organization of San Carlos City, Pangasinan\r\nOBJECTIVES:\r\nï‚· To spread the noble, scholarly reputation of the organization and as well as to encourage the \r\nyouth to be critical thinkers.\r\nï‚· To develop the youth into charismatic speakers and debaters, but also to develop them into \r\nfunctioning members of society who tote with them the beautiful essences of logic, reason, and \r\nlove for community, country, and mankind.\r\nï‚· To spread the message of the importance of the spoken word, as well as the importance of \r\nhealthy debate.
