Buklod, Lingkod Kabataan (Barangay San Rafael 1) is a non-profit, non-governmental, and youth organization established this year that is based at Barangay San Rafael I, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. BLK-SR1 aims to promote empowerment and volunteerism among the youth through its projects and initiatives that will help to drive their passion to serving other people and the community as a whole.
