Rotaract Club of Cebu Fuente - University of San Carlos Chapter (RACCF-USC) is a school-based, non-profit service organization sponsored by the Rotary Club of Cebu Fuente under the Rotary International District 3860, which provides opportunities for young people with ages 18 to 30 to enhance their knowledge and skills that will assist them in their personal development, to address the physical and social needs of their communities, and to promote better relation between all people worldwide through a framework of friendship and service. The organization is made up of undergraduate students studying under the University of San Carlos located in Cebu City, Cebu 6000, Philippines.
