We, the Allied HUMSS’ Leaders and Students Association, strives to showcase the values of open-mindedness and equity, pursue the truth without intention of degradation, embrace and promote human development, expose the different aspects of being a Humanities and Social Sciences student, and foster solidarity and unity the SHS Department and the institution\r\nThe purposes and objectives of the Allied HUMSS’ Leaders and Students Association are as follows:\r\na. Collaborate with other student body organizations in any curricular, extra-curricular and co-curricular activities or programs;\r\nb. Contribute positively towards the elevation of the prestige and standard of the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) Strand;\r\nc. Assert in not only strengthening but defining the relationship between the school and the community;\r\nd. Serve as agents for the development of humanity and society;\r\ne. Serve as the embodiment of the core values and motto of “Caritas et Scientia” of the University of San Jose-Recoletos and the strand motto of “We The HUMSS.”
