Cebu City LGBTQIA+ Youth Federation (CCLYF) is a united league of the different youth LGBTQIA+ representatives of the different community and barangay LGBT organizations in Cebu City. The Federations main objectives are:\r\n1. Societal Transformation toward a Fully Equitable Cebuano Community for LGBTQIA+ People;\r\n2. Provide Comprehensive and Meaningful Programs and Projects for the LGBTQIA+ Youth;\r\n3. Develop Competent and Capable LGBTQIA+ Youth Leaders and Community Facilitators;\r\n4. and Strengthen and Support People of Diverse Sexes, Gender Identities or Expressions, and Sexual Orientations; and Develops Visible and Vibrant LGBTQIA+ Communities in Cebu City.
