The members of Youth Volunteers for Preparedness and Resiliency Movement of Mati, imploring the aid of almighty \r\nGod in order to foster closer and lasting relationship among ourselves to promote general welfare and constructive \r\nleadership, to afford an opportunity to secure ourselves and posterity the blessing of democracy, and to dedicate \r\nourselves to the ideals of youth fellowship as future leaders through cultural, economic, social, moral and \r\nacademic activities, do ordain and promulgate its constitution and bylaws.\r\nMISSION:\r\n1. To encourage participation among members in any in any age in order to foster full cooperation and unity \r\nand enhance youth fellowship and leadership\r\n2. To protect the rights and interest of every member and provide the equal opportunities towards \r\nadvancement that may facilitate their potentials, talents, skills and intellectual capabilities.\r\n3. Promote and strengthen harmonious relationship among members and other existing organizations in the \r\nCity of Mati and in the community that leads to transformation of values: God-fearing, civic minded, \r\ndynamic and progressive.\r\n4. To enable the members as body to contribute in the attainment of organization’s vision, mission, and goals \r\nand of the objectives of the city as well\r\n5. To coordinate with the City youth Development office in the enforcement of the policies, rules, regulations \r\nand discipline upon the members and in overall planning for the development of the organization.\r\n6. To promote preparedness and Resiliency among different youths and to build a healthier lifestyle\r\n7. To produce holistic, creative, and inclusive human resource that are proactive, responsive, and resilient to \r\nglobal challenges while maintaining the sense of nationhood. \r\nVISION:\r\n1.
