The TRIBO KAAKAP’s objective is to promote the moral, social and economic well-being of every Catandunganon, especially the youth, to help provide the needs of modern society through programs and activities that help uplift the spirits of the Catandunganon Youth. The organization shall envision to establish provincial community that is supportive of the endeavors and undertakings of the youth particularly in the aspects of education, environmental protection and entrepreneurship and promulgate the aforementioned fields to the mass public by 2024.The organization shall pursue to create a tight-knit and province-wide community that supports the pursuance of the youth concerning the aspects of education, environmental protection and entrepreneurship and encourages the advancement of these fields through provincial programs and activities. The TRIBO KAAKAP commits itself to the pursuit of the following objectives: First, to establish an organization that will represent the youth of the Province of Catanduanes. Second, to promote environmental protection, education, entrepreneurship and general welfare of everyone by extending community involvement activities and programs to help the less fortunate individuals. Third, to protect and uphold the individual rights through social activities and programs. Fourth, to foster harmonious and progressive community relations. Lastly, to bring together every Catandunganon from all walks of life to promote the common feelings of love, for families, for friends, for colleagues, for other Catandunganons and for the Filipino culture. These five objectives focus on the general welfare of the Catandunganon Youth especially the less fortunate, in order to help raise their spirits and to build the foundation for a healthier society by fostering a generous, kind and loving community that’ll help those in need to rise above the challenges of life.
