A youth organization who aims to promote equality, health, environment and to empower the youth. United\r\nYouth Pamplona Organization or UPYouth is compose of 17 different barangay youth organizations within the\r\nmunicipality of Pamplona with three (3) different sectors the LGBTQIA+, Farmers and El verde. The organization shall\r\nprovide the activities and projects that shall enhance the skills, integrity, and knowledge of the youth towards the\r\ndevelopment of the municipality. The organization ensures to fulfill its mission and vision and core values to strictly\r\nguide the members in performing the responsibilities of the organization. Empowering youth will make the\r\nmunicipality more interactive for these group of people.
