We the Rover Circles United 08 of Boy Scouts of the Philippines – Cabanatuan City Council is a Youth, Environment and Faith/Religious Serving organization that anchors in our Scout Duties, DUTY TO GOD, DUTY TO COUNTRY and DUTY TO SELF and OTHERS. Our Scout Vision is preparing the youth to become agents of change in communities. guided by our Scout Oath and Law, and our mission is to help the youth develop values and acquire competencies to become responsible citizens and capable leaders anchored in our Scout Oath and Law. The Rover Scouting section is the 5th and final phase of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, that tackles its job along the lines which were laid down by our Founder, and which have proved themselves over the years. By the development of character, intelligence, health, strength and skill of hand. Rovers are encouraged to make useful careers for themselves for them to fit themselves for services in our community. Our organization members came from 20 different schools in Cabanatuan City, it was formed in January 10, 2015, started in 9 members.
