Aksiyon Kabataan, Angat Pangarap Youth Organization is a serving community youth organization that aims to have a harmonious environment where everyone can strengthen their leadership and encourage them to follow their passions and show their individual talents. The objectives of the organization are to promote an eco-friendly environment that will help the youth how to prevent air, water, and noise pollution; to recognize and encourage member's creativity and innovative thinking so that it may be combined into a successful and beneficial through organizing, planning, and coordinating projects and activities; to advance and up hold the democratic and social rights of youth; to promote young people's involvement in community life on all levels, both politically and socially; through encouraging beneficial youth activities, volunteerism, and informal and non-formal learning, to provide possibilities for personal and societal growth; to be established for philanthropic , scientific , and educational purposes. Regardless of the foregoing statements of purpose or authority, this alliance of organizations must not, except to a minimal extent, participate in any activities or exercise any authority that is not in the advancement of its particular and primary goal.
