The organization unites the scholars under the Tagum City\'s Enhanced City Educational Scholarship Program (ECESPRO) which provides financial assistance to its beneficiaries from the different colleges and vocational institutions in the city. Thus, the Tagum City Scholars\' Guild extend the vision to aid the youth in its educational endeavors under the program who can excel in the local, national, and global arena, share crucial knowledge and skills to their fellow youth, and ultimately, contribute to the progress of the beloved city.
