We, the learners of Senior High School in Digos City, imploring the aid of Divine Providence, \r\nbelieving in the need for a better organized Supreme Pupil Government and Supreme \r\nStudent Government and in the development of the youth as future leaders of the \r\nnation, do hereby promulgate and adopt this Constitution and By-Laws of the \r\nSupreme Pupil Government in Elementary and Supreme Student Government in \r\nSecondary Schools that shall advance, implement, and maintain our goals and \r\naspirations, embody the ideals and principles of freedom, equality, justice and \r\ndemocracy, and promote the welfare of all students and academic standards of our \r\nAlma Mater
