The Supreme Student Government of the University of San Jose - Recoletos Senior High School Department, is the mother organization of the different student organizations in the USJR SHS department that serve as the bridge in promoting the welfare and interest of the students by defining their rights and privileges to establish a sound relationship among them, the faculty members, and the school administration to ultimately prepare them for a bigger responsibility as law-abiding citizens. Imploring the aid of the Almighty God, the organization and its elected officers shall embody its visions and goals, cultivate unity, uphold the identity and values of the institution, promote the general welfare, perpetuate the lasting rights of the studentry, encourage and develop civic consciousness and active participation in local and national affairs, and conserve a mutual understanding between the administration and the students
