Handuraw is a bisaya word/term which means "the power to imagine." The Visual Art Organization of\r\nGandara, Samar initiated a mission- circle that promotes and advocates to address social and personal concerns through youth development by\r\nupskilling young aspirants to be more creative, empowered, and become active citizens in the society. \r\n\r\nThree center Core such as: \r\n1. CREATIVITY - Handuraw Gandara is an organization\r\nthat promotes innovation and creativity while placing a high importance on technical, functional, behavioral, and cognitive abilities.\r\n\r\n2. EMPOWERMENT -Handuraw Gandara gives young people the chance to stand up, recognize their full potential as catalysts of change, and raise their voices.\r\n\r\n3. SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY - Handuraw Gandara aims to be the vessel of hope for each individual to become more accountable in fulfilling their civic duty, and responsibility as a citizen and a human being at large.
