The College Student Council Organization (CSCO) is the student body organization of Roman C Villalon Memorial Colleges Foundation Inc. which was founded on the Academic Year 2001-2002. The organization is composed of 32 positions, from President, Vice-President, Cabinet members to the 13 Senators which were put into position through election. The aspiring candidates undergone screening and should be proven a bona fide student of RCVMCFI before filing for the Certificate of Candidacy and then proceed to the given time-period of election campaign. The student body organization focuses on the following objectives;\r\n\r\n1. Be the voice of the students and represent their suggestions for the improvement of the student’s school-related activities in both academic and non-academic;\r\n2. Encourage students to participate in activities provided by the institution for their holistic development;\r\n3. Participate in community-related activities in areas around the municipality where the institution resides; and\r\n4. Provide leadership trainings for students.\r\n\r\nWith this, the organization focuses on the holistic development of the students through providing activities that enhances skills in leadership, camaraderie, compassion to living and non-living things which are in great importance in becoming globally competitive individuals.\r\n
