The Ibabao Youth Circle (IYC) is the umbrella youth organization of Ibabao, Cordova, Cebu. It is comprised of eight (8) inter-sitio based youth organizations. IYC was initially established in 2000 when youth heads of these inter-sitio youth organizations agreed to the formation of a mother youth organization - the IYC. The Ibabao Youth Circle aims to promote sustainable programs, projects, and activities for the Ibabaohanon youth that emphasizes the spirit of commitment and volunteerism to the attainment of community development.
