The Young Public Administrators’ Guild was established in 2012 as an organization of Public Administration students at Pangasinan State University-Lingayen Campus. The organization is geared towards building strong educational ties and fostering excellence and high academic achievement among its members. Further, the Young Public Administrators’ Guild is committed to the advancement and dissemination of the theory and practice of Public Administration and to provide its members the opportunities to meet lead figures in the field of Public Administration as stated in Article II of the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) of the organization. Under Section 2 of the CBL, the Young Public Administrators’ Guild will work toward its purposes through: conducting school-based seminars, lectures, and fora; conducting extension and outreach programs; conducting and participating in different student-related programs and activities; and procuring tangible projects. The Young Public Administrators' Guild as an organization dedicated to supporting its members' academic achievement and outstanding success, has established four core groups, namely: The Pillar Ductus Exemplo, the official student organization publication of the Public Administrators’ Guild; The Dunong Culture and Arts Guild, a club which aims to encourage students' interest, participation, and responsibility to appreciate the field through creative art and cultural activities; and the YPAG Counsel, which seeks to solve problems and conflicts among members of the Young Public Administrators’ Guild.
