The Ibayaw Youth Collective is a pool of intergenerational Bayawanons who believe in youth capacitation as a primary pillar to drive sustainable development. The organization envisions to be a community of young and empowered Filipino leaders, imbued with the values of integrity, inclusivity, and service, who are at the forefront of championing sustainable development in their local communities. Specifically, the organization aims to: A. To build a network of young Filipino leaders who are advocates for sustainable development. B. To provide an inclusive platform for youth advocates to pursue individual and collective action for social change. C. To capacitate young Filipinos with the necessary skills and knowledge to lead solutions-based initiatives for their communities. D. To establish a shared space of support for young leaders to strengthen their relationship with one another and amplify the impact of their work. E. To mobilize young Filipinos to be active stakeholders who influence decisions for community development
