The members of the Supreme Student Government of Caribquib National High School believing that cooperation, and mutual understanding can be established and maintained by uniting ourselves into one body; that we can help one another and can promote our common welfare; and that we can contribute our optimism, share in achieving the objectives for which our organization stands and which can be achieved fully with the establishment of a lawful basis, do hereby ordain and promulgate this by-laws.
